How many sets of Tape Ins do I need?

2 Sets (80 Tapes) is needed for a Natural Look/Installation.
3 Sets (120 Tapes) is needed for a Fuller Look/Installation.

What products should I use on GAHC raw Hair Collections? 

Raw hair is completely different from Brazilian Hair. This means that the products you would need would be different. We definitely recommend using a clarifying shampoo that will get rid of any product and following up with a Moisture Shampoo to hydrate the hair. When Conditioning, we recommend Silicon Mix.
Note: AVOID using holding sprays & strong gels. These will make the hair hard, lifeless and tendency to tangle. If this happens, wash with a Clarifying Shampoo and follow up with Silicon Mix.

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen? 

In the event your package is lost or stolen, you are responsible for contacting the courier to file a claim. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once its in the possession of the shipping courier. You must direct all communication to the shipping courier for any further help.

We do require every customer to pay for Shipping + Insurance so all packages are insured and will be compensated from the shipping courier. 

What is your return policy?

Due to nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds.

Do you guys offer Same/Next Day Pickup? 

We offer Same/Next Day Pickup BASED OFF OF INVENTORY. If in stock, we will fulfill the order same day. Please text (707)595-7296 to find out if what you are looking for is IN STOCK before ordering. 

How does Package Insurance with UPS work? 

We ship ALL orders with UPS & all orders are insured. Shipping insurance provides coverage for packages that are lost, damaged or porch pirated while in transit. Our Shipping insurance covers loss or damage up to the insured value of the goods, plus shipping costs.

Is Overnight Delivery Available? 

This can be requested but we currently do not have this option available for purchase. 

Can GAHC Burmese Curly hair be pressed? 

Both our Burmese Curly and Brazilian Ocean Curly can be pressed Bone Straight but we do recommend professional installation and styling to accomplish your desired look. 

Do you guys offer Same/Next Day Pickup?

We do offer Priority Same/Next Day Pickup for our customers needing their hair sooner than our displayed processing times. This is for a fee of $50 to be paid upon completion of your order. At checkout, please select SHIP & choose the option for SAME/NEXT DAY PICKUP (excluding Sundays). Due to the high demand of our products, we want to be sure that everyone is accommodated for in a timely manner so yes, all Same/Next day orders are prioritized.
